We strive to make sure your terrarium is the best it can be. We put them through a two-week incubation period in the studio before going on sale, so that the plants are well adjusted to their environment. This helps ensure that your terrarium becomes a successful self-sustaining ecosystem.
However, if your terrarium is looking worse for wear and the plants are suffering within three weeks of purchase/delivery from us we will happily replant your terrarium for you free of charge, provided all care instructions have been followed. We will cover the cost of shipping/delivery of the terrarium back to us if required.
